Meet the Team

Rebecca Green

Rebecca has been with Warden’s since 2002.  She has a combined 25+ years in the office furniture industry and has a degree in Architectural Design. Rebecca works with sales reps and customers to create the customers desired final result. “Creating designs in 2 and 3 dimensional drawings helps the customer see exactly what we are proposing to the customer.” Detailed specification lists and assisting the customer with colors and finishes that tie the whole project together. In 2010, Rebecca accepted additional marketing responsibilities at Warden’s. From email blasts to the website, business cards to print media, Rebecca is responsible for design, integration, and timelines of the company marketing needs. Rebecca is married with 2 children and in her free time she loves to spend time outdoors with her family and 2 dogs. 

Sean Keon

Sean has been in the office furniture business for over 40 years, dating back to 1977 when one could still smoke in the office, at your desk! Sean started his OP career in the Sacramento area and then relocated to the Bay Area for 20 years. Sean has been at Warden’s now since 2005, in the capacity of the Senior Furniture Account Executive. Married for 43 years and having 3 grown daughters, Sean and his wife have 9 grandchildren ages 3 to 16. Sean builds hot rods in his spare time and loves taking the RV out to do a little camping to enjoy the outdoors!

Melissa “Mo” Gascon

A 35-year veteran of the Office Products industry, Melissa ‘Mo’ Gascon has spent the last 27 years with Warden’s and is responsible for office supplies/office furniture as a Senior Account Executive. Certified as an Ergonomic Assessment Specialist (CEAS), Mo is one of the most experienced individuals one will find in the industry – having worked in both contract and mid-market furniture, as well as management of traditional office supplies. As National Accounts Coordinator, Mo works closely with clients to help customers tap into the public entities and non-profit national contracts available to utilize and realize national contract pricing and savings. A 2008 graduate of Leadership Modesto, Mo continues to support and volunteer her time to this Chamber sponsored local program. In her spare time, Mo enjoys spending time with her husband, Gary, and her hobbies include snow skiing, kayaking, and raising chickens at her small ranch in Waterford.

Julio Falconi

Originally from Peru, Julio Falconi earned a bachelor’s degree in sanitation engineering, before he moved to the U.S. and was extremely motivated to learn English and find employment after arriving in California. He came on board with Warden’s in 2008, as a 2nd position installer for the Warden’s blue crew. In 2012, Julio was promoted to lead project installer and is currently responsible for the personnel supervision and the majority of the office furniture installations by the company. He motivates his blue crew to perform their best while remaining aware of the details and nuances of a complex installation that ultimately affect the customer. Julio is married with 6 children and enjoys spending time with family in his spare time. Julio also travels to Peru occasionally see and visit with his extended family.
