Michael Griffin

Michael, a native of Modesto, has deep roots in the Central Valley, shaping his understanding of the community. With over 13 years in the wine industry, he honed his leadership and customer service skills across various and diverse roles. Michael champions a “people-first” approach, continually seeking to streamline processes and enhance experiences. 

In his role as Director of Sales and Marketing, Michael oversees both the office furniture and commercial supplies divisions, driving the organization’s day-to-day operations while fostering a cohesive team environment. His ability to motivate and unite teams toward common objectives fuels his passion for leadership. 

Outside of work, Michael shares life’s adventures with his wife of 25 years, Heather, and their two children. If he is not traveling the world with his wife, you can probably find him watching any kind of sporting event. He is an avid reader, and enjoys getting outside to hike, run, and enjoy nature.  

DeVina Escobedo

DeVina joined Warden’s as the Executive Assistant to CEO Jennifer Viss in February 2024. With a wealth of experience in clerical work, DeVina transitioned into her role at Warden’s. She is relishing the opportunity to work closely with Jennifer Viss and is continuously expanding her knowledge of the furniture, office, and supply industry.

Outside of her professional life, DeVina finds joy in spending time with her family, beloved dogs, and loved ones. She is deeply involved in her church community and finds solace and inspiration in her faith. In her free time, you can find DeVina indulging in activities such as pickleball, hiking amidst nature's beauty, soaking up the sun at the beach, or experiencing the magic of Disneyland. DeVina believes in the power of dedication, continuous learning, and maintaining a healthy work-life balance. She strives to bring positivity and enthusiasm into everything she does.

DeVina looks forward to further contributing to Warden’s success and expanding her knowledge and skills in the industry.
