Michael, a native of Modesto, has deep roots in the Central Valley, shaping his understanding of the community. With over 13 years in the wine industry, he honed his leadership and customer service skills across various and diverse roles. Michael champions a “people-first” approach, continually seeking to streamline processes and enhance experiences.
In his role as Director of Sales and Marketing, Michael oversees both the office furniture and commercial supplies divisions, driving the organization’s day-to-day operations while fostering a cohesive team environment. His ability to motivate and unite teams toward common objectives fuels his passion for leadership.
Outside of work, Michael shares life’s adventures with his wife of 25 years, Heather, and their two children. If he is not traveling the world with his wife, you can probably find him watching any kind of sporting event. He is an avid reader, and enjoys getting outside to hike, run, and enjoy nature.
